I am interested in using remote access services for authorized library resources via the HAN (Hidden Automatic Navigation) authentication system.

I accept the processing of my personal data for the purposes of obtaining or renewal of my library card for the next academic or calendar year in accordance with Article 88(4) of the Higher Education Law, and providing remote access services and interlibrary loans according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, and in accordance with the information clause attached to my consent.

The administrator of your personal data is the Jagiellonian University, ul. Gołębia 24, 31-033 Kraków, represented by the Rector of the Jagiellonian University. Your personal data will be processed to grant you access to the services of the JU MC Medical Library.
